If my experience was representative of every customer, (I bet it is) Then this location deserves a 12 out of 10 rating! Clearly two main reasons, 1.) Burgundy, 2.) Raven! They are two of the most professional, highly qualified, understanding, reasonable, and caring representatives! They both simply have an ability to impose the highest quality customer service experience possible! Prior experiences with competitive companies were difficult, challenging, and frustrating at best. Not this company, and definitely not this location. I walked in searching for a solution and quickly, had results and terms that were much better than I had expected. Additionally, I had delt with two of the most amazing women in the industry. I am looking forward to the next visit, and several thereafter for sure! Thank You Again, Burgundy & Raven. FDK.

Kara is amazing!! She truly goes above and beyond and is seriously underappreciated by corporate! If my small one-man operation business ever grows to the point where I need a second full-time employee she will be the first person I ask!

It really is fast! I think the longest I’ve been in here is 30 minutes! Burgundy and Kara are always so helpful and kind. Definitely would choose fast auto loans every time.
