So thankful for Presto. They refinanced my title loan and cut the interest by over half. Definitely recommend them for any of your loan needs. Everyone of the people I worked were polite and took care of it quickly.

We recently has a terrible experience with John, who is the manager for this area, he’s a mean spirited man. I’ve been a customer since 2012 and thinking I’ll never return nor send business to this establishment. Customer service is key!!

It took me three tries to get ahold of the office, despite me calling an hour before closing time. Than before I even finished my sentence to wrap up the conversation, I was abruptly hung up on. She didn’t even ask if I had any other questions or properly end the conversation. If she’s this rude over the phone, what’s stopping her from being rude in person?

Hyun O'Connor was extremely professional and courteous. He made my experience comfortable during these stressful times.

This place is a joke I watched my boss borrow $2000 dollars and ended pay 4700 after he paid half of it off so if you the math that’s over $6000 for a $2000 loan that guy on that commercial should be sued and on top of it he was still making some kind of effort to pay them and they still came and picked his truck up just beware of this before you go borrowing from these people there a scam and will play you like a fiddle and I’ll keep informing people just fyi
