It's Xmas decorated and the staff there is so kind. Everytime I walk in they greet me by with a smile.

It's been the worst experience have dealt with they have no after hours contact no customer I have over a hundred thousand dollars in their bank and I couldn't even pay for grocery's if 300 because my card declined and nonsupport from bank.on a Saturday am going to withdraw and close my account and move on to a full service bank that appreciate their customers Cust

Who'd expect to find friendly, caring, and fun people at a bank? More than just small town hospitality, they really care. Thank you Heather for making this the best bank I've ever had.

Worst bank ever! New in town and this is the only bank here. Twice they refused to open a new account. 1st time it was too close to their closing time now it’s because of the government and something to do with stimulus checks? Do they just hate new people? However, Wells Fargo in Parker was happy to open an account for me!

It seems I'm not the first to say, these people are pretty easy to do biz with... ... betting I won't be the last.

The staff was very helpful during the transition, and continue to be friendly and helpful. While we are no longer considered a small town bank, the reception I get from staff when I go in the lobby still makes me feel like it is my small town bank. Cheerful and heloful.

We banked with HCB prior to the switch to AZFCU and continued with them after the change. Change is never easy but we felt the transition for us, with multiple accounts was smooth with no issues. Staff, during this change over, dealt with tremendous stress but I never saw the frustration. We have needed some banker assistance as we navigate our accounts and everyone of the staff is friendly, helpful, and appreciated. I am a believer that you get what give so I always try to bring a smile and positive energy when I go to the bank and it is received in return. Lisa, Heather, Emily, Lyle, and Julia...you rock!
