I had an account here since it was Bank of America and carried over to Washington Federal for 15 + years and never had an issues with deposits or withdrawals used this account to pay my bills. All of a sudden checked my account to show a $0 balance with my checking ?? Called the customer service department and was no help at all stating there was a letter sent for the reason of administration closure. I got the letter the same day they closed my account!! No warning ,no call, no email saying there was a problem just a letter that came the same day they locked and closed my account stating due to practices with my account it violated their account policy but didn't say how. Customer service directed me to the local branch in Safford and they had no answers for me either.!?!? What kind of bank does that?? Gave me no time to redirect my auto payments, or check my bills paid NO HELP AT ALL!! Just a bunch of "I'm Sorry" we can't help you. Didn't even care that we've been a account holder since day one. Sha.e on you Washington Federal!! Good Riddance!!

Washington Federal has proved to be a good and reliable bank for me. Opening up an account was fast and simple. I believe Linda helped me and she did a great job. I would recommend this bank for sure.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Was judged and they were making it difficult to deposit a check. I know the policies and I know that what they did was not right. I have deposited checks here multiple times for far more and have never had an issue.

All of the ladies in here are wonderful! Service is usually quick and they always help me with anything I need! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my banking needs!
