I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I am with this company and a loan officer Kyle W. He tried to say he could beat USAA rates and then tried to use our money to buy down the rate without telling us. On the day of the signing we discovered this issue and refused to sign the papers. After being discovered he then waived the buy down fee and since we did not want to miss out on the house we loved we signed the papers. This is a complete outrage considering it was a VA home loan and it is sad that one of your employees would lie and predatory loan a Veteran of the United States of Marine Corps! It will be my goal to ensure the VA is informed and that he or your company does not process another VA home loan.

We wanted to reach out to you to hear what happened, back in December of 2018, that caused this review.
