Joel Barach was phenomenal to work with. I’ve deal with the ideal home loans teams twice now and they are on top of everything. No stress closing and process was very straight forward. Highly recommend.

If you are a small business needing income verification, stay away from this company. They will not work with you or be flexible in the information they require. I have worked with other mortgage refinance lenders who are more flexible and understanding in the process. My loan officer was good; it was the compliance officer Adriana who made my life a living hell. I do not recommend this company.

We refinanced with Ideal Home Loans and it was far less of a headache than I thought it would be. We purchased our home only 5 months prior to refinancing due to significant rate drops. Our loan officer was Joel Barach and he was unbelievably good in keeping us up to date with our options and laying out the financial benefits and costs associated with different options in our refinancing process. She's incredibly knowledgeable, was attentive to all of our needs and very friendly. She definitely delivered the WOW factor with her level of customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The communication was terrible with the Underwriters and Management. Very misleading and advertise they work with Investors/more complex financial borrowers.They could not deny nor accept my loan for approval after several weeks and almost lost my 10k earnest money . I tried to get in contact with a manager and even left 'Brent Ivanson' the President of Ideal Home Loans a voicemail and never heard from anyone. My loan officer Joel was not the problem and I feel bad for the guy. Terrible experience overall and other lenders are much more organized.
