I was pleased with the overall transaction. Everyone I worked with was amazing! I always felt like they truly cared about me. The online experience was, essentially, flawless. The steps were easy and quick. All of my questions were answered timely. I felt knowledgeable and empowered as a borrower.

Besides speed, I think one of the best aspects was communication. Normally getting a loan for such a huge amount can be incredibly stressful and I found the team to be great at giving me insight and details into the process. I never felt like I was in the dark the whole time and this made me feel even more secure in the decision to go with Loan Depot. I was also impressed with Jamie always trying to find us the best deal, this added to our feeling of being taken care of.

The process was quick and efficient. My loan officer was very knowledgeable and was able to advise regarding my best options. He was also able to deliver on the approval and quick close. Loan processor is working toward a quick close. Sooner than I expected. I am very pleased with the outcome.
