I have only good things to say about my experience with Pacific Mountain Capital LLC. I specifically praise my loan officer Mike Berg. In truth, I didn't expect to ever get refinanced at all since I had only purchased my new home only a few short months prior. Mike encourged me to give him a chance and boy oh boy, I was unexpectedly surprised to hear that even only after making three payments on my original mortgage, he could indeed lower my interest rate and subsequently lower my payments! I was shocked to hear that my monthly payments would be reduced by over $200 dollars per month! The process was simple, free of exhaustive and stressful paperwork. Company does not honor requests to not mail solicitations. I've been hung up on (multiple times) while trying to record their "guarantee" that they only mail people once. Without a list, how do you know the next time that you've already mailed before? You don't. ...and stop trying to blame your (undisclosed) third-party mailing service. Account up to your issues, and resolve them yourself!
