I really dont appreciate threatening text messages from Donna to my wife over a $30 payment that was a little over a week late due to really just getting sidetracked. I have paid pinnacle in the 10s of thousands for AC via Semper Fi Heating and Cooling and did it on time everytime with no problems. This was unexpected and disappointing to say the least. I am notifying Semper Fi whom I just got brand new AC units from and dealt with us with exceeding customer service. Hopefully companies rethink one of many finance companies when choosing Pinnacle.

This company is trash. They call and harass clients over $30 missed payments. They even send threatening text messages to elderly.

Awful.

Man pinnacles the worse finance company how you going to be in finance and only take one form of payment. Every time I apply for something and they say they use these guys I turn them down. Only reason I used them this time is because it was a security system that I was getting a deal on for buying my house and told myself to just pay them off as soon as possible. Please don't waste your time doing business with these guys. It's not worth the headache. You would think because I did business with them once before and paid them off fast it would get me some where but no. I been in the industry 20yrs if you need financing stay away from them look into the credit unions or banks.
