While many people in real estate work for themselves (their commissions), Linda worked for me and me alone in a very challenging and protracted property purchase, my first. She locked in a great interest rate, keep it alive, and closed the loan in what ended up being a very narrow window without a single glitch on her end. She and her team were swift, precise (NO errors in her paperwork, not one, unlike other paperwork I was reviewing!). Our fixer-upper did not have one (but it did have pink Formica countertops from the 1980’s!!). She literally scrambled at the last minute and secured a rented stove from somewhere - so that we could close! We have depended on her ever since. She is great.
