Arizona Central Credit Union, Show Low, AZ

I have NEVER felt so humiliated, belittled and disrespected in my life! I had money transferred into my account to purchase a vehicle a week prior. I went in to get a cashier check. I was treated like I was stealing my own money. They kept me there for an hour demanding that I prove where the money came from. I showed them emails confirming transfer. I had a rep. From the other bank on speaker confirming the transfer. The other bank was dumbfounded with this. She couldn't believe that this was happening. They realize how wrong they were and gave me MY money, but NEVER apologized. Continued to treat me horrible. Branch manager Brianna is power hungry. And has NO idea how to run a bank.

I drive several miles to the Show Low Credit Union. The ATM is not working ALOT! I have to go inside, if I have time & they are open. Today, I was talking to the person in front of me in line & one of the clerks, Brianna, said, "keep your comments to yourself!" First of all, I wasn't talking to her! I wasn't being loud or obnoxious. I was annoyed that even after we stood in line, she can't take a cash deposit, we have to keep waiting,so she takes the next person in line. It IS still a free country & I'll share my opinion of their customer service with whom ever I please. There were 4 clerks & that place is very slow. Not to mention the construction crew blocking the door, using hammers & drills. Couldn't even here each other when I did get waited on. Rotten service Brianna!

Been coming here for years and always have a pleasant experience. Breanna and Teressa are my go to girls whenever I have an issue. Thanks for everything:)!!
