Armed Forces Bank, Sierra Vista, AZ

Today I worked with 3 different tellers, including Krysta, the Supervisor. The entire experience reeked of condescension and unprofessionalism from start to finish. It comes across as through this Armed Forces Bank branch thinks they have the population of Fort Huachuca over a barrel and can treat clients however they choose. I will avoid this branch like the plague and will be writing a formal letter of concern directly to Dickinson Financial Corporation.

Krysta was very unhelpful and rude when I went to inquire on information about an IRA. I got up and left and will find another bank.

Even with a good track record they wont be there for you when you most need it. Other military options are much better.

Happy customer for over 30 years. Hope the brick and mortar bank remains on post for many years.

The number on here and on Google is wrong. It connects you to a 800 number .

Just had the best experience at AFBA Ft. Huachuca!! They were so helpful and were willing to look into what was going on and personally assist me!! True customer service !!! Thank you so much to everyone there ♥️♥️♥️

I normally don’t like going into branches because before it felt like the prior workers didn’t care too much, but the crew now is exceptional. They aren’t the fastest bankers but I don’t expect that of them because in return? They give me actual, personal, customer service. Amber and her crew keeps me coming back.

The people are great and the service is outstanding thank you, it would be nice if the bank was open on Saturday until 1pm
