The Copper State Credit Union on Bell is amazing I am not just a member I am treated like a friend and more. The crew there is amazing, I also use the credit union for the 4 Sons business. The Manager to the tellers and other members are amazing. Thank again for all that you do for your members, you are so appreciated.

I have banked with Deer Valley/Copper State for almost 14 years now. They are incredibly helpful and understanding. There are always smiling faces when you go into the branch. Kayla is a newer teller, but every time I’ve spoken with her she is polite, responsive, and efficient. I appreciate when she lets me know what is going on and then she processes my transactions correctly. It lets me know that even being “newer” she has received excellent training. I highly recommend this Financial Institution!

I became a new member via the Surprise branch recently. I was greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile from the Teller, Kayla. Kimberly assisted me with the account process. She was cordial, personable and professional; top notch customer service from both ladies. I look forward to being a lifelong customer!
