Not really worth trying for a loan at this location. Applied, missed a call from them while i was at work, called back shortly after, kept going to voicemail (they were still open) left a voicemail, called back a few more times to no response. Finally got a call back over a week later. Id rather struggle financially than deal with that nonsense.

Not this location specifically but OneMain Financial keeps harassing me. Was still open to working with them until I have received at least 6 calls a day for the past week even after telling them a few times to please stop calling me. They were rude and it all has just made me absolutely sure I have no interest in doing business with them ever.

I called for a loan. They first told me I am approved and they gave me an inflated number. Then they request documents. When it goes to underwriting, it all goes to hell from there. The loan person does not have the experience to give you good information. They get you all worked up with false information then they make it almost impossible to get a loan. Now I am in a worse situation because they told me I was approved so I used all the money I had to pay off bills then they come back telling me I don’t qualify. I will never use this organization. Don’t be a victim of their false statements.

Don't do it!!! This Company operates like a Title Loan company. First off I heard about them on Credit Karma, I decided to try them because we had to move abruptly and our money in savings wouldn't cover all the finances needed for it. When I got "pre-approved" on the website it offered several options on loan payoff times starting from 6 months..I even confirmed this over the phone with the representative that called me about my "pre-approval". (I didn't want to waste anyone's time or mine) I thought to myself, "How perfect I can get this loan, pay the monthly till my tax return arrives and just pay it all off". I go to the Branch office to finalize the paperwork and even though I was pre-approved for an "unsecured loan" before arrival they want my vehicle information to run for a "secured loan". Their excuse was "we just want to give you more options"......I never said I wanted other "options" and I told them specifically all I wanted was an unsecured loan to begin with. But they told me "in order for us to continue we have to get your vehicle information". That was the first red flag. Then after running my vehicle information and me again turning down the secured loan option, they tell me they cant get their computer to accept a 6 month loan so I regretfully accept a 1 year loan. But now on my credit report 5 months after getting the loan it finally appears and they have it listed as a 24 month loan! Do NOT do this its a total finance trap! They boast about how they encourage you to get a loan from them to pay off your debt and fix your credit but they offer only long-term payment plans just slathered in fees and huge interest rates. Its absolute sabotage for anyone and they are purposefully feeding off people who have poor credit. I plan to contact Credit Karma and Credit Wise because either One Main has paid them to advertise for them or they are unaware of this shady companies dealings and need to unpromote them. Also, just last month they had representatives calling me, they were encouraging me to get MORE money out on what I was already paying off. Its obvious they don't want you to be "responsible" with your money or finances as they bragged about at my initial visit because the more money I borrow the more interest to fill their bosses pockets.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!! Had the displeasure of working with Britannia to be told how simple the process was and to have nothing but a nightmare. The other representatives that I spoke to counldnt read my file. Left 3 messages for Britannia to call back. A full 24 hours later i havd to call back and she answered the phone on what turned into a much more complicated option for a sub prime loan save your money and time. This company is a joke!

Very rude customer service. Was talking with a nice lady Erika but when I called back she was busy so I talked with Nancy who answered the phone. Nancy was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful all because I wouldn't get a cosigner and hung up on me.

This place is a joke! Was told they would have to do a second hard inquiry on my husbands credit if he removed me from the loan app when they just pulled his credit! Wish we would have known these reviews prior to applying! WHAT A JOKE!
