Highly recommend this credit union! Staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Service is courteous and wait times are typically minimal (Reference to Bell Road location). A special thank you to Nanik for her smiling assistance that always exceeds expectations!

I am not yet a member but have used the credit union for service connected to an out of state credit union. Every time I have been there, I always feel good about the service, the people, the ambiance, etc. I know that I will be joining this fall or sooner. You know how 1st opinions sometimes make all the difference, well there's no doubt that got me right away. Thank you for being exactly what I look for.

All I can say is Wow Wow Wow!!!! Gladys over at SunWest Credit Union on Bell Rd. Well she is nothing short of absolutely amazing! She was professional very friendly so outstanding at her job. She listened to us. She went above and beyond for my husband and myself. We had a difficult situation with a car dealership and she handled it with ease. Hang on to her SunWest she is truly amazing.

I was sent to this branch by a shared banking partners bank (Bellco) to be able to withdraw my remaining funds. The branch manager at this branch spent over an hour of her time trying to help me with my Bellco act get a resolution. When I have time because of her generosity in trying to help me with my issue that was not related to sun west account I will be closing my chase accounts and switching to a bank that the branch manager cares!! Thank you again!!

Will definitely being switching banks soon, extremely disappointed in this branch. Plus the women are insanely rude; and forget about going to the drive-thru they will give you such a hard time about it. My own personal opinion they really need to work on customer service. The women will look at you with a side glare and wait 5 minutes before they decide to call over and help you. I get so many nasty glares from the women here and I truly don’t get why! My mother raised me to treat people with kindness. Will be canceling my account soon and switching to Bank of America; at least they won’t freak out at me when I go to the drive-thru. I do understand we’re in hard times but just sad experience for my first time with this credit union.

I'm leaving the bad service at the big banks.HA! So I thought. I opening my account today. The lady who helped me in branch was GREAT! I got home and could not figure out how to get my mobile alerts working. So I called their member service number. The lady was VERY rude!!!! That is the shortest bank relationship I ever had. Done. Bye bye. I can get rude service anywhere...Next.

Came from summit credit union and was greatly disappointed by this bank. Late payment processing, late check deposits…..it’s like they hold payments until your resources are running low then slam you for the 32$ a pop overdraft fees. Mobile app is super trash as well.
