Great customer service but such a waste of time. When you apply online it tells you you're approved and will receive a phone call and then in the phone call they say well actually no, you're not approved. It'd be nice if the site could confirm that like every other lender site does. Don't waste the inquiry on your credit, try somewhere else.

This place waisted my time for over a week. Once they were give all the documents they requested they rejected them for no known reason. Then they called back offering to cancel it!!!!! Without any professional reason as to why they were not interested, if I have to guess its because I told them I was'nt coming down to their office. If they cant get things done over the phone, they are not functional

Had an appt this morning receptionist had a bad attitude just told me I had to go online without asking if I was already scheduled. Then the girl that did schedule me was late and didn’t even know I was sitting there for 20 minutes and finally was told by the receptionist I was waiting on her . Just to tell me I wasn’t approved for the amount I was told the day prior to going in! Someone needs to get out to this branch soon and teach them customer service skills !

Wonderful Service from beginning to end! I am VERY happy with my loan and the extra insurance they offer. Jasmine was such a knowledgeable and sweet lady. She and her office manager gave me the BEST customer service. Thank-You so much!

With everything going on in this world I found myself in need of extrat money for unexpected expense and OneMain Financial came through. They were great to work with and the entire process was easy and almost effortless. I feel I got a great deal for the help I needed. Thank you One Main Financial for making this process so easy.

Please, PLEASE ask questions before signing ANYTHING. The low monthly payment looks great until you realize you’re paying $6100 at the end of borrowing $3000. They will tell you they can’t figure out how much interest you will pay. They will tell you that they can’t show you that information. They will even tell you that what you’re paying will be lower in actuality, but cannot give answers to how much that will be or how the total cost breaks down. After crunching the numbers in their office MYSELF (because they loan officer told me they have no way to access and use a calculator to get that information) I was some how able to come up with the interest/fees paid over the life of the loan compared to what we were borrowing. They are predatory and the way they practice business should be illegal. Jesse at the Surprise location “helped” us after using his Escalade to jump someone else’s car. THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING RICH RUINING YOU FINANCIALLY. Don’t fall prey to this business or any other like it that won’t properly and transparently answer direct questions about the transaction. This is how they trick desperate, panicked people just searching for some help. The front sign should read LOAN SHARK.
