Raquel was absolutely amazing!!! She was willing to work with us several times. She had great customer service and business cadence. She took the time to understand what we needed to accomplish. I only go to this location now due to its fantastic service.

Raquel from store 1286 is an outstanding employee, she's always courteous and kind always goes above and beyond to help me, I keep returning to you guys because of her and her work ethic.

So I cruised into the Irvington rd location to cash my pay check...whipped out my new ACE -issued debit card to load the funds and then I remembered that I'd had an issue earlier today with this particular card...SYLVIA TO THE RESCUE!!! This ACHINGLY BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ( I KNOW, her looks have nothing to do with her customer service...but the LORD blessed me today with her beauty, brains, and amazing customer service skills ))with no hesitation, hopped on her office cordless and proceeded to assist me in the activation of my new card...it may be a small gesture but it's employees like her that make a difference...

My life was turned upside down when I lost my job and knew my family had just moved into a new home. I was receiving my last check by mail and was scared it wouldn't be deposited and full amount accessible to pay the up and coming rent. I was referred to this location specifically because of my friends great experience with the employee Racquel. Upon arriving to cash my check I approached Racquel about my situation with my check. She was so humbling and reassuring that she can most certainly help and take stress off my shoulders. In a moment in life I needed help the most she certainly was that help. Completely grateful for her and that I went to this location. A+ and will recommend her to other friends.
