What a sham!! The moment I walked in you could see the person behind the counter couldn’t care less about helping. I uploaded perfectly legible documents to their site which the couldn’t ‘see’. After a while I just walked out. Don’t waste your time here.

I would like to let Allied Cash Advance know that the one employee that they had working yesterday 06-30-22. Her name was Vanessa had the very best up most customer service skills. She made sure that she offered above and beyond the explaining of entire contract.

No where on the building does it advertise that it’s a title loan business it’s called Allied “Cash Advance” not Allied “ Title Loans” and when you walk in you’re hit with a the smell of something similar to a septic tank covered by cheap perfume

Customer service is great if it's in person, however the phone service isn't the best. Other than that, the workers are great!
