As a past business owner I remember a time of not being able to trust anyone because sales agents were only looking out for themselves. I have known Joshua for almost 10 years. I have used his services over that period of time for remodels on some of my properties as well as initial financing for one of my  new start up ventures.  He has always been professional and displayed all the things you want in a Lender - really knew his stuff, helpful, responsive, but beyond that he also was quick to suggest alternative approaches or options for a better fit if I wasn’t quite sure about a solution and was always there to help me analyze other options for my financial needs.  The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism demonstrated by Joshua and team far surpassed my expectations. Truly a Blessing!

I was recommended blessings Capital through a childhood friend. Upon contacting Josh, his services started out professional. But that quickly changed. It took many weeks to get any kind of answers or motion. That should have been my first clue. I became ill, so I excused the delay. Josh reassured me that my business loan would go through, So I sent the $400 fee. I began to realize that nothing was happening, with constant excuses of being in meetings, or out of the office. This is when I demanded that something be done. Josh then decided to get on the phone and complain to me that he did not feel comfortable doing business with me, because my demand was stressing him out. He offered me a refund. He then went on to tell me about his personal problems, that he cannot handle any more stress. This was by far one of the most unprofessional conversations I've had in this situation. He then continue to send emails and text messages. Resembling an angry ex, who couldn't control himself. Joshua seem to exhibit unstable behavior. And as he stated he was overly stressed. I hope he receives help I never did receive a refund, nor any help with my business loan Starting to wonder if I was scammed Update- Since I am not able to leave another review You rambled on a lot of nonsense, which would confirm no real customer service is with your company. You have excuses instead of satisfied customers I did continue to work with Javier at Wells Fargo. He was surprised about your unprofessionalism. And continue to work with me throughout the rest of the process. I would like my $400 back, you did not provide me any services other than unprofessional customer service.

From the start of the loan process, Joshua not only assisted in building my business credit, he was patient, collective and help me build great relationship in upscale my real estate portfolio. Having Joshua as a go to person when quick funding is needed as well as other lending product is a resource one cannot do without. Josh has help me so much even when he didn't have to. I now call him Family.
