I needed some cash about a month ago and stopped in this place. One of their associates, Arizbey, helped me navigate through the documents I needed to gather, and explained every aspect of a loan in terms I could easily understand. She worked with me and got me the cash I needed at a super low interest rate. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!!!

I tried to call and get another loan they lied to me I paid off a personal loan and they still kept my account open and are charging me for something I am not borrowing I asked to speak to the manager Yolanda the manager said they could not help me unless I paid off the balance I had when I had already paid off the balance and they called me and asked me if I wanted to borrow more money I did need more money and now they are telling me I have a balance of $7 because they kept my account open without my authorization I would not go there they are lying just to get money

Amazing service always friendly and fast specially diana, dulce, and andrea. manager Diana is amazing no one like her super friendly and always very attentive and willing to go out of her way to help out anyone in need.They also have a great refer a friend program just for Sendíng people over. They offer up to $100 biggest referral payout compare to other loan companies. you could probably pay off your loan just by the referral payouts you receive. Definitely recommend this loan service center best there is out there

This place doesn't even rate one star...I have been coming here for years and have seen the decline in Customer service. Yesterday, March 27th, 2017, I personally experienced the WORST customer service ever! I didnt get a name because she didnt have a name tag. The young lady was incredibly rude and refused to give me proper service when I went to retrieve $ that had been sent to me via Western Union. She asked me what the $ was for and I replied that I didnt think that was any of Check Smart's concern. What the money is for is my personal business. She replied that I had given her an invalid answer and refused to give me my $. When I called Westen Union Corporate to ask if their agents are suppose to ask what the funds are for, they replied, definitely NOT! Ill never go back to this awful place again. I can't describe how rude these young ladies were to me and I was the only customer in the place. I was able to retrieve my money with another Western Union agent that was NOT Check smart without any problems nor was I asked what my $ was for!!
