Azalia was super sweet and helpful. I needed some quick money to make payroll. On a Friday, I was in and out super fast. Today, I paid off the loan, and everything went smoothly. I hope this company takes care of Azalia because from the moment I called before being a customer to ask questions, the calls in between and to the final payment today, she always was a friendly helpful voice. She clearly cares about people. The only reason I would come back is to have her help me again because it is hard to find good customer service. As a business owner, I would not think twice about hiring her. Take care of her, or I will steal her...

Lady was very rude over the phone called 3 references the day before thanksgiving. She hung up on me and also they change rules with managers so be aware of that too. Also had another number call back to make payment and she didn’t answer the phone
