I had a very quick loan with them, they were great throughout the process, funds were immediate and a few months later when I was able to satisfy the loan in full they closed it out and reported to credit bureaus, will recommend this branch to others, and I found the interest rate was a bit high, but not really compared to similar company in town on same type of loan I took with them, and having not great credit on top of that, I was very pleased when they offered the loan as others had denied me , the money they loaned saved a life and I will always appreciate that they took a chance with me, and helped my wife and I more than they know. Completed an auto loan through them. The staff was super busy. They honestly need another person or two. However even though they were slammed with work, they were super helpful and polite.
