Lendmark is a business where these ladies are not only about business but professional as well. Clarissa assisted me step-by-step in filling out paperwork and kept me informed all along the way. The process was fast, easy and helped me to become financially stable. Lendmark is the place to go when you find yourself in a financial bind.

Biggest mistake ever. They have such high turnover that everyone is new. People haven't been trained before doing loans and that resulted in me getting incorrect information about my loan and when I noticed, they told me I couldn't change anything. This has happened to me multiple times. I asked for an extension and was told I got it. The next month I received calls saying I haven't paid and I never got the extension. I was told oh shes new. Oh they're new sorry. Today I received 5 calls from them about a late half payment and it's only 3pm. WORST MISTAKE. DO NOT BORROW FROM THEM. GO TO ONEMAIN financial.

Customer service here is a small time joke. Put in an application on 8-4-2022 for a loan. I got a letter in the mail on 9-4-2022. Stating that they had not made a credit decision and to please contact them and provide them to complete the application. Upon calling telling me that the individual quit or was let go for unknown reasons and at my application has expired and that I am more than welcome to apply and take another hit to my credit to see what the answer is so nobody reached out to the individual's customers to let them know that the lady was no longer working on their claim cuz she was no longer employed with them if that is how you are going to be treating your customers why would I want to get a loan from you. This is sad that it has to come to this point do better with your customer service and following up with your potential customers that have come to you for help or for loans.

You know what? This place gives people a place to get back on their feet after a situation has happened. Not everyone is blessed to have a great job or good credit. They understand and try to help out. As a new business and can't use conventional banks or Credit Unions, they have done their best to help our customer. Sorry, not everyone is going to get approved. We wish it was the case for our business, but remember they are a lending institution not a bank. Private investors lending money to help in many hard situations. Thanks for being there for those who appreciate.

I attempted to give the business to One Main Financial, but I was told to go to the thornydale branch. When I arrived, I was told, that I can not be assisted. So, I called Landmark Financial Service on Prince Rd. Dulce and Mauricio. They assisted my household and I was grant a loan . They won my Repect, business for a loan of $20,000.00 and my spouse will be doing future business. Cheryl

You guys approve me I didn’t like the car after viewing it so you send me a decline letter in the mail? I was happy until you declined me for no reason. Def will not be coming here again, terrible service and terrible communication with your customer. How do I know all this? I do commercial finance and you don’t get deals treating people like this. Must be for the desperate or something. Would have never considered this terrible outfit except the dealership said it was great. Truly disappointing. This is considered a cancelled deal not a decline. Predatory lending at its finest! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND
