Frankie is very friendly but professional, we didn't wait long while he was doing one part Ben was doing the rest they are both fantastic and awesome people they both have very good people skills. Very attentive to our needs. Would recommend this place

In store service is great. However, I called in to set a one time arrangement because my daughter’s 2nd birthday was coming up. I was told by Frankie the assistant manager that I needed to bring a written letter to the office bc this was going to be a consistent thing . I had not missed one payment up to this point. I reminded him I have a full time job and this was a one time thing as I mentioned earlier. After this I was finally told I had a 7 day grace period. He then proceeded to laugh and ask if there was anything else I needed after I informed him I would just take the late fee and pay on my next payday. Frankie is condescending and disrespectful, no way around it.
