Roman made the home buying quick and easy. I got 3 different loan estimates in the beginning and he easily gained my business. One very trusted lender that I have used in the past told me that it was an excellent deal and I should go with his quote. The other lender was able to beat the interest rate by 0.125 but also told me that the fee's from Roman's company were less than his and it was a better deal. Roman was very thorough and made the process very easy. I got a pre-approval letter on 01/28/2022 and closed on 02-25-2022. Only took 29 days from start to close.
