Juana is a quite professional, the reason I'm still driving my car. Coming from another title Max location that had refused to give me the proper information on a loan that they were trying to default from delinquent payment. Now I'm not usually late on bills, but my wallet and phone were stolen just that morning, I went in to the people who are "always there to help me" and their words. They did not help at the Flowing Wells location, I was turned away and for the entire weekend I panicked about how I was going to get to work and how I was going to resolve this without any help. I decided to just pay it another location and deal with it if I could. Little did I know that it would take a conversation with the previous store to beg for them to let Juana take the payment and give me the loan to get the new battery for the supposed defaulted car which had ironically made it to the Oracle location and broke down as soon as I turned it off because of the battery I was trying to get a loan for died. Passively scolded like a child would be I reluctantly agreed to go and meet this woman face to face, I think a formal complaint was followed through is better avenue. Finally Wanda showed me theway to pay and get loans online. I truly do appreciate her and recommend her and TitleMax Thanks Juana... You are a blessing.

I have had several other loans with this company and have gone great. although it's not much money 700 I have paid almost 580 dollars on the loan and it has only. decreased by 47 dollars. I called to speak to a manager she answered I am . tried to explain my situation saying I had only made 6 payments, I tried telling her that it was more like 13 she said No I was wrong and I asked her not to interrupt me until I finished then she could say her peace . she started yelling at me that I interrupted her first and was getting upset so instead of arguing I ended the call. she then called me and started going off on me that why did I hang up on her and so forth. needless to say I didn't get my problem solved and she had told me there was no other manager I could speak with and if I called corporate they would just pass me back to her.
