Nancy and Lisa worked on my car loan and in no time I was approved for a car loan. Now I am enjoying 10 % less interest than with other loan providers. Awesome Customer Service!

Staff is rude. They hold your money for a ridiculously long amount of time.

Never had a problem with C.C.U. until the few years ago I had always got my bank statement at the first of the month. Now it takes until the 10th of the month or longer today is the 15th of the month and still NO bank statement!!. called and ask the young lady why is it always late!! the bank teller told me it's the post office Fault not their!! This B.S.!! I like to do my bills at the first of the month not the middle of the month!! I do not like banking online.. hope the owner of the bank reads the reviews cuzzz I have been banking here Since the early 90s I'm about ready to change Banks and please hirer new teller's not some young kids who don't know what the hell they're doing.. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH THIS BANK ANYMORE..😡
