Bank of the West, Winslow, AZ

Absolute gatbage!! The bank itself is a nice building, but the customer service, especially from the bankers & the branch manager at this branch was absolutely horrible. Disgusting and ridiculously rude. I will never use this bank again. I recommend finding ANY different institution for your banking needs..

Convenient banking in a small town. Opened a couple new accounts here very easily. Happy with the service we've received and glad we went with the recommendation of a good friend!

The man helping was rude, i would rather close my account and go with chase Bank. I don't know how they can work for customer service when they service you with rudeness. Not very professional

Would love to provide a better review, however we arrived a few min. prior to them closing at 12 pm. The teller was very rude. Wouldn't open a checking account. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I was allowed into the building and feel they should have provided the service I arrived at to complete, regardless of if they were closing or not. Very poor customer service. They did make sure to lock us in though. If you don't want to help people at closing time, lock the doors earlier. I walked in at 11:55 am.
