1st Bank Yuma, Yuma, AZ

I’ve yet to experience 1st bank Yuma, but I know it all started downtown. Where the wheels started rolling and engines started going.

I received a construction loan from 1st Bank and on completion of our house I was told I would get a COMPLETE copy of my file. This did not happen, they actually refused to give me my file. They said it was bank property. Now what could possibly be in MY file that I would not be able to see? I talked to the bank's president which turned out to be a waste of time. So after having this account for 30 years and numerous name changes I closed my account. They asked my reason for this. I told them that you're commercial that says this bank is for the people is a lie. We did not get a walkthrough before the contractor got his last check. He actually got his check before I got my keys to the house. I talked with numerous people and they all said they have never heard of this before.

A big thank you to Karen McMahon for her kind, professional and courteous help in resolving an issue that I had which was no fault of the bank. She went out of her way to help me. Again thank you.

Love this bank and the great personal service we have always received. Not to mention, they know you by name. The advantage of a home town bank.
