Applied for a loan here. Myra was the loan agent helping me. She was super nice and friendly and I got approved fast. She explained everything in detail for me. I will definitely be going back if ever need to.

What a joke!!!! They decided I couldn't afford 3800 bucks!!! I have never missed a payment in my 35 years of credit history, it's their loss.

Applied for the loan, and immediately received a call to set up a time to come in and complete the transaction. The loan officer was professional, explained everything to us, answering all of our questions. I would definitely recommend One Main Financial to anyone who may need a loan. We received our loan, payed off everything, and our payments are less than we were paying for car payments, loans and credit cards! YEA!!!

I applied for a loan my husband and I and we didn't get approved so the manager told me to get a cosigner that has established credit so we brought in our co signer that has established credit for her to tell me he didn't get approved. She didn't even try to investigate why or how she can further assist my family which we that's what they are there for to help people in need of some financial difficulties. I believe she could if been more helpfull to us. We brought in a cosigner who has established credit for her to just tell us we got denied and all she said was thanks for coming to see us. If she nitza really wanted too she could of gone above n beyond like customer service should be or at least try to see what other way she can help out my husband and I. Wont ever return.

Accurate and smooth process. They follow up with you over the phone and when I got to the branch my paperwork was ready to sign. Very happy with the service offered by Kenia at the Yuma office.

Associate Kena told me to call her after i upload a document. I hung up the phone called her back within a minute now she’s not available. Wasn’t professional at all she should have not bothered to help me if I was a bother. She needs to work on customer service that’s for sure. She is here to provide for her clients and clearly she doesn’t want to

I don’t understand why customers can’t wait in the building. No one bothered to say why we couldn’t. I don’t know if it’s because of confidentiality or still Covid protocols. I wasn’t there to get a loan was helping someone. So as far as loan customer service goes I don’t know.
