A real motivation of this company is to take advantage of people that are already in debt and put them further and deeper into debt. They pray on individuals that have excess of student loans and have not been able to locate a job in promised them lower payment and loan forgiveness . Avoid this company and companies like them like the plague not only are they unethical but they do not encourage any type of ethics in their employees Customer service is nonexistent I’ve also spoken to several people who used to work there and the tactics used daily were fear intimidation and bullying If integrity means anything to you avoid this company and companies like it at all costs

These are scammers! They pocket profit your money and do not return any of it!! I asked to speak with a manager after being on hold for more than an hour and speaking to two different representatives who are very rude. I never got a phone call back or spoke with the manager. Do not trust this place. I have my attorney involved and am suing this company for a full refund.
