The people in this branch are very helpful. It's the people who make corporate decisions and policies who make life difficult.
They are the ones who bill me for an account that the local office tells me, isn't mine, and do so in retaliation for closing my account with them.
I gather from this, that their corporate decisions and policies are written by committees, because no one person could be this stupid all by herself, and that their committees are convened for the covert purpose of gathering adequate stupidity when the stupidity of one person won't suffice.

Bad experiences frequently. My paychecks are still being held after 2 yrs of banking with them. They insist that i carry around my very long account number and fill out my own deposit and withdraw slips. As of the last 2 days apparently they have reset or lost my pin number because merchants and the us bank customer service is telling me the pin ive been using for over a year is now all of sudden incorrect (well, who changed it then?!?!) Very unhappy about paying 10 dollars a month for them to "lose" my pin number and hold my paychecks and make me fill out all of my own counter slips. Chase bank never did any of this to me.....ever.
