Paul was extremely competent in his work. It was a great pleasure to work with him. Online refinance comes with a low rate but there is an anxiety element since there is no face to face interaction. Paul communicates extremely well to soothe this anxiety! I have never waited more than 10 mins to get my questions answered. Nice surprise was that the final closing cost was LESS than the initial GFE, which never happened to me before. I will highly recommend Paul!

100% perfect. Fast, efficient, no mistakes. Probably my 15th real estate mortgage loan/refi, never been this easy. Solid online platform for uploading PDF's and tracking workflow, but more than that, Paul answers questions with great insights, and handled any condition outside the norm of that workflow and didn't dump it on the customer, as can often happen. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Not my first rodeo with Paul and every one of them has been great. He is good at what he does and as long as you do your part he will get it done. He is responsive and top of it. He is perfect for us non procrastinators and go getters. He is definitely an asset for his company and whatever he gets paid is not enough. Basically, what I am trying to convey here is that he has his act together which translates into a flawless loan experience for whomever uses him.
