DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! Scam!!!! Borrowed $5500 from them 4 years ago. Had auto ach payments on time every time. 3.5 years into it at 550 month my balance was higher than the original loan amount! I paid 18,500 towards a loan than was originally 5500. Now they are telling me my balance is over $8000. Predatory lending at its finest!! Avoid them like the plague!!

We got a loan for 3,000 in December 2018, and was told we would be paying on the loan for 3 years, well that 3 years has came and gone, just got off the phone and was told we still own over 1,000. Making what we will pay for 3,000 is over 16,000. Do not use this company they are ripping people off.

Poor customer service thanks to (Kayla at ext 35030). Never missed one payment all on time since the beginning even when I was unemployed due to covid issues. I committed and completed all payments as agreed. They actually left a negative mark on my Experian as a closed settlement. And when asked to speak to there upper management to have removed this Kayla actually laughed at me and said she was management and refused to transfer or further assist. Unprofessional and a shame loanme employs someone like this. Avoid this company, their are far better out there so do your research.

I asked for a loan from this company of 2,600 in November 2019 for a Family Emergency that I had at that time they were advertising on a local radio and it gave me confidence to apply for that loan my payment would be 388.05 according to me for 12 months I never talk about How much interest would they be charging me and I trusted their information on their 35% page something like that and unfortunately in March 2020 the pandemic arrived and in April I lost my job so I decided to find out my valance and see the possibility of paying the entire loan but I almost had a heart attack when I saw that I owed more than what I had borrowed and that the payments I had made up to now only pay interest since the interest was 179% and the loan was for 36 months, not 12 months, call immediately to resolve this and that they explain to me the reason for this interest they never answered any question they never returned a single call if they tell you call us we write to solve the problem but it does not solve anything bad service Can you imagine asking for a loan of $2,600 and paying more than $13,000?

LoanMe brags about their reviews, which are mostly fake. They are not a transparent company and basically a legal loan shark. Do not use, they have poor reviews with the BBB. STAY AWAY Get the real story **** UPDATE - they still suck, made multiple offers to pay them off early if they reduced the amount.
