Unethical, can't be trusted. I asked for the cost of the loan when I was going to sign and never got it. I really needed the money so I sign assuming that it could be around 20%. I was wrong it is 600%. After 14 months paying $805 and thanks to Covid-19 I found out I only paid $30 towards principal. My $14,000 loan turn into a debt of $85,000 I have to pay back. I called LoanMe to stop payments because I had no income due to the pandemic and they could help me so I called my bank to stop LoanMe to debit my account. Now LoanMe has forced to debit my account twice causing me overdraft charges. They are unethical! Beware. In addition while I was talking to a collection agency to settle this account LoanMe debited me account forcefully. They can't be trusted. I am closing my business, couldn't survive the struggling economy without sales. extremely rude I just called to make a payment arrangement and the first lady was nice expressing she would transfer my call to speak with someone in regards to hardship. The second person I talked was a man I believe the name was Andre he was rude! Stating comments about he’s sorry I feel a way which I didn’t. I was explaining my hardship. I’ve NEVER missed a payment and this one time is a problem is unacceptable. I wish I would have seen the 1 star rating from the beginning. No matter how bad you need money DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
