Bad service they have a short-haired lady that I think is new that he does not know anything, she speaks Spanish I think is called Stephanie, I do not remember, take a check the day of now what was a replenishment since the previous one was retained because the company changed the bank and Querying it and put me many pretexts so as not to do it until I asked me to go to my car to take the pen with which I sign the check. She Even Made Me Show Her My Savings Account from My Cell Phone, Which Is Something Very Private. It made me lose my time alone to make me feel that that check was already charged when it was not like that, that young lady lacks training and knowing when a check is replenished and has not been charged, very badly unfortunate service.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They wouldnt cash my 401k check today because i signed it before going in. Spent 40 minutes in there 21 min with the gal, to get told no. I won't ever go back. I'll stop referring people there as well. Walmart is cheaper and more understanding.

I thought the ladies here were great! Couldn't deposit a money order I bought error. They helped me right away and we're very friendly!

I'd rather wait a week to cash my check before i let them people in that slow as check cashing place touch my money. Their Crooks behind the glass. STAY AWAY!

Wrongly informed regarding payment due date is the biggest issue, while at the business after starting my transaction 2-4 people were done with there transactions before me but all of my info is up to date, two more mistakes made on employees behalf besides that regarding my transaction (amount) and (keyboard malfunction) is what I was shown and told, I will not do business at this location again but will have to contact a general manager regarding customer service training. I don't mean any disrespect but if I'm giving personal information to any adults that are of special needs I would like to be informed at the door, that way I can to be more understanding if that's the situation.

So I came to this place to cash a check from my employer, and I have the best if not a new promo experience at this establishment. Keep on mine I never leave reviews even on yelp or anything because I really have no time by just want to make sure that this is recorded, I had the best experience with Milan, Davila, customer service representative that help me out all the way through the process, which was very frustrated I believe for both parts, but she made it such a great and peaceful process just because of how calm and sweet this person was aside from the manager being extra helpful, helpful, the manager on site today when I had on her way to help me out and use all the resources so I can get that check cashed as soon as possible so I just wanna think they make sure that people know that this is a great place and they will help you out
