Alma Ballesteros was extremely professional and courteous, I had my two year old daughter with me and she handled her with care while still explaining everything to me in great detail. She was very helpful and deserves a raise for sure as she takes her job seriously. Thanks Alma.

Great customer service and friendly people even if I don’t get a loan they where very helpful and attentive in my needs with all the complications verifying my employer. Definitely check them out very professional

Sonia was rude and unprofessional. She thought she had hung up the call when she expressed to her other colleague, "I was wasting her time and why the call if I didn't have my shi,** together. " She was insensitive to what my family was going through as my husband is in the hospital. Worst customer service, and when asked to speak with the manager, they said he is on vacation for a week.

These are great people. Hate the interest rate, but need the $$- pandemic, duh. If I have to pay this much, at least I’ve met the people (Francisco & Sonia) & they do not seem to be ice pick murderers. Plus, the $$ was in my account before I left.

Lendmark Is one of the Best! Coming from an auto dealer in the business they have made it very easy for people to get a loan! Very easy to work as long as you have all your ducks lined up in a row! (paperwork) All the staff over at lendmark are wonderful! Sonia and Francisco are a pleasure to work with Always! Definitely will always recommend them to friends and Family!

I have had a loan with them for 3 years and up until now I've been treated fairly well by everyone but a Sonia thats in the office, who clearly hates her job. Even in COVID and nearly losing my business I was never more than 35 days late. Now they are treating me like a truent, and harrasing my family. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of Francisco, who treats everyone kindly & fairly. This place should only ne used as a last resort. The APR is about 35%.
