Was a bit nervous about going thru with this at first but I would like to give compliments to the Antioch staff. If the process for applying for the loan we needed but really didn't think we would qualify for was difficult or took forever - we would NEVER have noticed thanks to Sandra D and her lighthearted way of laughing us through and making it comfortable and very well explained and easy to understand. Thank you so much. Definitely a good experience, thanks to Sandra's professionalism

The women all greeted me when I entered the office. This place offers personal loans and does not offer payday loans. The words ‘payday loans’ should be taken off of the search engine. Thank you! If I ever need a personal loan I think I might try this establishment.

Gave me an offer online and said I was approved at that rate, 3 days later called and said it was for a much higher interest rate and longer term that would end up costing me almost 2X the original offer. When asked my rep told me "What we offer and what you get are 2 different things" Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I was referred here from my accident attorney. I explained my accident was several months ago, and my bills and mortgage are very behind. My auto policy will definitely cover the loan, but I was given just a small amount, that barely paid one mortgage payment, and groceries. When I called back, I was told they don't care about my house. I cried myself to sleep.

This is really sad 🥺 78 year old man who is the school teacher goes in to get a loan put his car up for collateral the sad part is they made him run around in circles for the past 2 months this is not professional first the paperwork went on hold because the person went on vacation second they had him go and get original copies for the vehicle they should have told him that they needed original documents for the vehicle that is a 2003 now he has to go to Concord and get the original documents instead of a copy they should have told him they can't take copies that they need the original and mind you this is 2 months later for 3000 loan I could understand if it was 25,000 my goodness😡 Now I'm wondering is it because of his age the vehicle or because he's black🤔
