I was informed on the phone since I submitted a dispute I would have to get a new card from a branch. When I received the phone call from corporate it was already 1:30 on a Saturday. I looked for the closet branch and found this one, they were going to be closing at 2pm. I went in and was greeted. I sat down and waited. At around 1:45/1:50 James was able to help me get a new debit card. He was so friendly. I apologized for coming in last minute and he assured me that it was okay. He didn’t rush me and was really polite. This was my first time experiencing this branch and he did a wonderful job! Thank you James!

Been banking with them for over 6 years, but my recent visit to the branch itself was terrible. Walked in around 4:25PM. Was told I’d be helped in a minute, 5PM comes around and the gentleman who said I’d be helped is helping someone else. Ridiculous.

I had a great experience here dealing with a somewhat complicated issue. Andrew was super friendly and knowledgeable. We go everything done in about 1.5 hours, and I was very happy with the process.

Always nice and help whenever you need it

Card got completely locked out after trying to pull more than the allowed limit, didn't give all the information verbally, very rude in the branch and can't set up the online banking because they can't verify personal information. Will be switching to a different credit union as soon as possible.
