The employees are nice. The inside of the lobby is nice. You can exchange cash for quarters even if you do not have an account at the credit union.

I’m new to credit systems and the staff has worked with me to answer my questions and help me navigate the system, which feels like an important quality in a bank.

They literally deactivate my card every week... Possibly the most incompetent staff and worst service I've ever experienced. Negative 5. Worst bank

Friendly helpful staff I needed to set up my online portion of the account and set up a pin for the debit card I just got...they were very helpful and we got everything done quickly I am very happy with Compass credit union!!!

They close at 5 and keep the ATM inaccessible to people that work during the week. The staff won’t allow access even 10 seconds after 5pm. Very rigid and unaccommodating to customers. Not customer service oriented business. Difficult to bank there.
