This is our third time using Equity Reach. Each time their service has been excellent and consistent. Mark and his team Angela and Brenda kept us informed every step of the way. They are very knowledge and professional and did their best to get us the best rate out there. We never felt like just another number. It was so personable working with them. They returned phone calls and emails promptly, never once did they kept us hanging wondering what's next. We trust them with our finances and we're happy to know we're always in great hands with the Equity Reach Team.

I am new to the home loan process, yet Mark and Aymee were incredibly patient and helpful in explaining everything as simply as possible. They were very thorough in their process and it was evident that integrity is of utmost importance to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I was a seller and still had a terrible experience with them. Their underwriter made a mistake for our buyers. They basically approved them for a loan amount that they couldn't afford. We were only days away from the loan being funded and they told the buyers that they couldn't fund the loan because of debt to income ratio (which they should have caught at the very beginning of the process). They basically painted us into a corner because we absolutely had to have the house sold in a certain timeframe. Since we were so far into the process, we would not have time to start over with another buyer. The only way the loan could fund is if the buyers bought points... $15,000 worth!!! Legally, the buyers were only allowed to contribute $8,000. Since this was 100% the lenders/underwriters mistake, they should have opened up their checkbooks and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, they only gave half of the $7000. My Realtor contributed around $400. So I, as the seller, had to absorb $1500. There is absolutely no reason that this expense should have fallen on me, but I had no other choice because of the timing. I am VERY disappointed with how they handled this situation. PLEASE use another lender because they will stab you in the back. My realtor said she would not ever be using them again either.
