The pawn shop family are wonderful people. They're always kind whenever you walk in with hellos and I'll be right with you. They make you feel at home the best they can. I won't go anywhere else!

I bought a watch and the clerk said that he would change the battery for me for free. After a 45 minute wait, the clerk came back and told me that he will refund my money as the hands fell off the watch when he was installing the battery and he could not fix the watch. I came back a few weeks later and the same watch was back in the showcase for sale at a much higher price. Should have asked him to see the "broken" watch but I didn't think of this till too late.. Interesting that the watch was at a great price before and now it was at a normal retail price.

Pawn shop aren't my cup of tea but today I went wit a friend. Mostly rings priced for real cheap to more then I can afford. Tools all kinds a few coins nothing to write home about. Some musical instruments..good shape too. Sales people very friendly. I guess if I found some thing I needed I might buy it. Just not today.

Very good customer service, family owned, fair value for loans or selling goods. They have good prices on jewelry & most prices are negligible hardly ever had bad experiences here & im a regular.

I called and this rude guy just answered and didn't even let me finish asking my questions. He was like "I'll be right back, let me just assist a customer" and just hung up on me, so I called again and he was like " I said I was helping a customer", so I waited for him to say something, but he just stopped helping the customer because I clearly heard how he said, "have a nice day, we'll contact you when your due". Then he was just gossiping with some girl, who I believe worked with him because when someone else came inside the business the lady was like, "I could help her", and I clearly heard the whole conversation between her and the customer and unfortunately never got helped because by the time they were officially closed the guy was like, "one of us forgot to hang up the phone", "umm oh well". Like wow, how unprofessional business is this?

Always friendly. Family owned. And I always enjoy the music they play in there. Just a friendly pleasant environment!!
