May 2023 We just completed our home purchase with the help of Chris Konen of the Ryan Rivera Team. I can’t say enough positive things about Chris and the whole process. We had some blemishes on our credit and were afraid we wouldn’t qualify for a home loan or would end up in a less desirable loan. Chris was always very helpful and informative and gave us a very clear idea of what we could expect when applying for a loan. He also gave us information that led to our credit scores improving. It took awhile for us to find our dream home, but when we did, Chris and the team made the whole process very easy to understand. The whole transaction was smooth and every step was explained well.
