The most unprofessional loan company there is. Not only you have to keep contacting them to finish your application, they lie about the process and they tell you that you get approved when you don’t. I’ll make sure that they know this in all platforms since they are playing with peoples lives. If someone needs a loan is for a reason. Whoever hired “Vicky” no last name (again unprofessional) needs to review who is working for that company. She doesn’t communicate and basically lies about everything. This shouldn’t be like this. They are playing with peoples lives.

I would like to commend Melissa and Crystal from OneMain Financial in Azusa for an excellent customer service that they had rendered toward me today (10/02/18). My experience with them were extremely cordial and their customer service is second to none. They are very respectful, polite, and trustworthy. Melissa and Crystal both possess a pleasant personality. There's no doubt that they are a great asset to this prestigious company. Never have i been shut down so fast. Even the online credit card applications screen after you hit "submit application", takes more time with me. I should have known when I did not check off the box that said I give permission for agents to call and email me that I should be expecting a call at 8:55AM anyway. So Melissa. High energy, very nice at first completely changed her tune when I told her my tax forms would not back up the amount I put down as earnings because I straight up just wasn't making last year what I am now. What I don't understand is why I wasn't given the opportunity to show pay stubs? Well seems to me Melissa didn't want to further waste her time with someone she incorrectly pre-qualified. I see your reviews on Yelp are pretty horrible. So horrible that the Azusa location doesn't even have its own Yelp but it would seem as your other locations provide the same lackluster customer service. In any event. Thank you Melissa for saving me any affiliation with your company. I am convinced I would have regretted doing business with you guys in the long run anyway. Good day.

I have taken out several different loans from this company they are very professional helpful friendly and willing to work with you this is why this company is so good for me I just want to wish him a blessed year merry Christmas and happy new year and only good things to come to you and your company and your workers And your family members

Honestly they helped me out a few timesonce for my dads funeral and a few for debt consolidation. If you need money and make good enough money to pay it off earlier it will really help. The interest rate is like 35.99 percent so you better pay it off in a few months max or you're gonna pay a ton of interest. If the offer you more then you need dont take it, or take it and give what you need right back in a large principal payment.
