Excellent customer service from Tracy. No mistakes on the documents that I filled out and it was entered correctly the first time because she payed close attention to what she was hearing. Great qualities. Thanks to Tracy I went the extra distance to write this review. I generally refuse leaving reviews. She made my check cashing experience a ease.

I just have to commend the excellent customer service from Tracy. She was extremely helpful after I had an issue arise at a different location and she was able to help me quickly and with a smile!
