Check Into Cash, Bakersfield, CA

Don't ever cash a 10,000 dollar check here that's forsure. they will give you the hardest time and it will take about 3 hours for them to verify everything. Then they will give you a money order which means you have to go to another check into cash place and it takes 3 more hours. Don't suggest this place for checks that big. Better off going to a bank.

I went there to receive a Western Union that was for $4000. I was told they were low on funds and could give $1000 cash and put the rest on a Green Dot card. The card charges $1 per transaction but I could take it to my bank and have them pull it off and have only the one transaction fee. I was declined three times I tried to get my money off the card except when it was at the Check into cash store but the fee was $21.44 for $1000. I had to use the card to pay bills until it was at $0 then closed the card. I find it hard to believe that a check cashing place that also does Western Union low on funds. I believe they do this so that they can get a fee from the Green Dot. I will never go back.

Very professional, made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived , until our business was done. Walked away with more cash than I bargained for. The ladies there were so polite and helped with any questions I had without hesitation and accurate responses. Will do business again in the future and will fully recommend to others.

SoPath and Cynthia are the best at what they do!! With the customer service and those beautiful smiles I always have the best day when I come into the store!! They are definitely deserving of promotions and some of the other stores should adopt their friendliness!!

Thid place is extremely slow. Only a few people and they take forever each and every time I've been there. They take a very long time with each customer. And the computer system is slow and outdated. Still printing every single paper.the staff is friendly and nice. But very slow. And now there are no chairs to even sit. Waiting 1.5 -2 hours just to be helped is ridiculous. When only 5 customers are inside the building. Having an injury where I can't stand for long periods of time makes this very inconvenient.

I did apply for a loan on online website of Check Into Cash. Everything is almost as same as Advance America. They are so flexible on payday due if you are not able to pay on due. Fast waiting line. So hard to find a parking lot. They of course strict on other paperworks.

Horrible horrible experience 1st time here and probably last because of KARINA she violated my privacy by going through my phone pictures which wasn’t even in the policy. I called customer service she thought I was scamming with a check even after she called the company and they verified the check after I asked what else do you need? She said I have to go through your phone pictures to make sure you didn’t take a picture of the check I got a potential lawsuit in my hands and I’m she wasn’t right for violating my privacy
