Recently referred to them ( to Tracy in specific) by a realtor in the Kern County area. Its been a while since I've had to write a review for poor customer service but the level of unprofessionalism surprised me. I was constantly having to follow up and their response was that they hadn't reached out because they were needing additional items from me. . . And yet I never received any requests for additional items. So had I not reached out, they would've just never gotten back to me. Not only that but after stating they'd contact me. Its been over a week and despite my multiple follow ups, I have yet to hear even a single response. The "we're too good to serve you" type attitude is ridiculous. I literally had to call the realtor so she could get a response for me because Tracy would not reply to any of my emails otherwise. At this point I'm taking it as a sign to steer clear all together and I recommend you do the same.
