We had a very large check to cash. And it ended up being an all day ordeal because the supervisor got a flat tire, so Paola, a newer clerk was the only one working. This was our first visit. While we were there, there was a steady flow of people, some "regulars" and Paola worked hard at multi tasking to keep the flow moving. She also worked hard for us to get that check cashed, as it was from an out of state Bank, etc. Finally around 4 pm when her supervisor came in she did the finishing touches to get it done. Nice people, small cordial business. ****FOR THE OWNER: My only complaint would be that the lobby needs AC or a better fan, but that is up to the owner, not the employees fault. I watched several people become uncomfortable while waiting, and some walked out!

This is the most deceiving bunch of liars, especially Tonya! She straight up lied to my lender, causing my Title loan to be canceled. I will never forgive her for that! Karma is all I can hope for. I dont tolerate liars or theives, do not do business with this company!!!!

Always courteous, patient and helpful. Same nice treatment from all staff. Recommend this business highly.

Although wait time took a while I kept getting informed by the two young ladies at the windows that they’d be shortly with me. I was there to make a western union transaction but noticed quite a few of the people in the lobby doing loans, some which were usuals because the ladies mentioned their names as they were getting called up to be helped. My transaction was very fast, but will definitely keep them in mind next time I need emergency cash. Very friendly customer service.

Went in to cash my check and Tanya was very helpful and nice, she took out the awkwardness of me having to go to a check cashing place. I was definitely in a tight spot and because she was soo friendly I will definitely recommend to friends and family if they need a loan or cash a check.
