I went back to Guy to refinance my home loan after a fantastic experience with him for my first home loan. I am admittedly intimidated by the whole loan and refinance process. Guy made it easy and stress free. He was very generous with his time in answering questions and explaining options and process. He is customer-focused and so easy to work with. I should also mention that he has been available to resolve issues with my loan company on my behalf. I didn’t expect the continued level of service once the loan transferred. It really is exceptional service. I will always go to Guy and refer my friends his way.

I had full confidence in Guy. This was my first time buying with a conventional loan and before selling my other property, but I was able to put my trust in Guy. He made it happen even with my crazy work schedule. He has great knowledge and attention to detail, and gave me peace of mind. And as another review mentioned, he was there for me at the final signing instead of just the notary even though it was late which I really appreciated.

Guy did a fantastic job, he took lots of time to answer questions and provide a personal level of service that I've never received from other Mortgage companies. I've purchased a number of homes and done may loans/refi's and Guy is the only Mortgage rep that has ever been present at final signing to explain every document instead of having the Notary explain them. Top notch, professional, efficient, no hassles, no excuses.

If there was a zero star, this experience would warrant it. I and mine submitted forms for per-qualification on a mortgage. Hours later I received notification that someone made a fraudulent charge on my card. Never had such a thing happen before. Could be coincidental; however, requests for information security protocols have gone unanswered. People considering doing business with Guy/Fairway Independent Mortgage are right to request information on the information security/ cyber security safeguards in place to protect applicants. That process has subcontractors who would also be responsible to safeguard the financial information of applicants. I recently received a response from the owner to my Google post here No confusion on my part; the only mortgage person I went through was Guy/Fairway. I kept getting marketing emails and happy birthday reminders which is what prompted me to unsubscribe from the promos and follow-up with posting my experience. I can see that stating that I am not in their system is a way to discredit my claim, but note how the merits of my claim were not addressed in the response. Deflection.
