Chris Diaz and his colleagues were fantastic! He is professional, very responsive, answers all questions, anticipates and heads off any issues. When the first lender was being difficult, he quickly found another and gratefully was able to secure the same rate I had locked with the first lender. When the title company wanted me to jump through unnecessary hoops, he made the switch to another for an efficient close. He moved things along quickly, efficiently, and with clarity. Thank you!
